MEBO预防核素治疗后放射性皮肤损伤的临床体会

目的 观察湿润烧伤膏（MEBO）预防放射性核素32P敷贴治疗皮肤血管瘤后出现的放射性损伤的临床效果.方法 将100例患儿随机分为两组,治疗组（ MEBO组）50例和对照组（龙胆紫组）50例分别采取换药治疗,比较MEBO处理放射性皮肤损伤和1％龙胆紫外涂处理放射性皮肤损伤的疗效.结论 使用湿润烧伤膏能有效地预防和减少放射性损伤的发生,放射性核素32P敷贴治疗血管瘤的效果较常规处理明显提高了血管瘤的治愈率.

Clinical Experience of MEBO Ointment in the Prevention of Radioactive Skin Impairment after Using Radionuclide

Objective It is common to see the occurrence of radioactive skin impairment after using Phosphoui- urn-32 dressing to treat skin hemangioma. This study aimed to observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO Ointment in the preveulion of radioactive skin impairment. Methods 100 patients were randomly and evenly divided into two groups, a treatment group and a control group. MEBO Oinment and gentian violet were used in dressing change to treat the patients in the treat- ment group and the control group respet＇tively. Therapeutic effect was compared between the two grottps. Conclusion The use of MEBO Ointment could effectively prevent and decrease the occurrence of radioactive skin impairment;meanwhile,the curative rate of hemangioma treated by radionuclide Phosphonium-32 dressing was apparently increased.
