| 摘 要： | 本院1965年6月至1981年11月放射治疗肾母细胞瘤33例。按NWTS-Ⅲ分期,Ⅰ期12例,Ⅱ期8例,Ⅲ期12例,Ⅳ期1例。术前放射5例,术前放射加术后放射4例,术后放射24例,五年无瘤存活率52%(17/33),十年无瘤存活率42%(9/21),手术加放射的五年存活率45%(9/20),手术加放射及化疗的五年存活率62%(8/13)。讨论了远期疗效及有关肾母细胞瘤的放射治疗问题

| Abstract: | From June 1965 to November 1981, 33 cases of Wilms' tumor were treated with radiotherapy. According to NWTS-III Stage system, 12 cases were in Stage I, 8 in stage II, 12 in Stage III,1 in Stage IV. 5 cases were treated with pre-operative radiotherapy, 4 with pre-and post-operative radiotherapy, 24 with post-operative radiotherapy. The 5-year surriral rate of 33 cases was 52%, the 10-year surviraival rate of 21 cases was 42%; the 5-year surviyal rate of 20 cases treated with surgery and radiotherapy was 45%, the 5-year survival rate of 13 cases treated by surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy was 62%. The long-term :results and radiotherapy of Wi-1ms' tumor are discussed |
