摘    要:本文对13例癌症患者静脉滴注鸦胆子,每日40ml,连续10天,观察其与体内自由基代谢及脂质过氧化反应密切有关超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的影响。结果表明,与7例不用药的癌症患者相比较,鸦胆子治疗能显著降低血清CuZu-SOD含量和WDA含量.提示,该药能降低体内自由基活动水平。


A STUDY OF SERUM Cu-Zn-SOD AND MDA IN CANCER PATIENTS RECEIVING BRUCEA JAYANICA TREATMENT
Abstract:13 cance rpatients receiving BruceaJavanica intravenously and 7 cancer patients receiving placebo entered into trial to observe the influence of Brucea Javanica on free radicals and lipid peroxidation. SOD is a natural scavenger if the most important body superoxide anion radical (O_2) to keep O~2 at a harmless level. MDA is the ultimate degraded metabolite produced with lipid peroxidation damage by free radicals. As known to all, most of cancer patients have an elevated serum Cu-Zn-SOD level with unknown mechanism. More reports indicated that free radicals and lipid peroxidation damage mediated by them play an important role in genesis development and treatment of cancer. This study showed that serum Cu-Zn-SOD and MDA of cancer patients were decreased significantly following Brucea Jananica treatment.
