| 摘 要： | 目的探讨FJ脊柱内固定系统和360°环状植骨治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法56例腰椎滑脱患者采用FJ脊柱内固定系统复位、全椎板减压及360°环状植骨融合。结果患者均获随访,时间12～27个月,56例均获骨性融合,其中53例达坚固融合。无术后疼痛加重、感染等并发症出现。结论采用FJ系统内固定并360°环状植骨融合治疗腰椎滑脱能明显减轻疼痛症状,植骨融合率高,临床疗效满意。
