精神分裂症4种药物治疗方案的成本-效果分析

目的探讨不同药物治疗方案对同一疾病所产生的经济效果。方法对本院过去一年间精神分裂症住院患者的四种药物治疗方案进行回顾性分析研究,筛选出的264例病例根据治疗方案不同分为四组：氯丙嗪组（1）,氯氮平组（Ⅱ）、舒必利组（Ⅲ）、利培酮组（Ⅳ）。运用药物经济学成本-效果分析方法进行比较。结果各方案治疗精神分裂症成本分别为：2 116.12、2 568.57、3 634.65、9 632.14元;有效率分别为：62.25%、72.32%、80.63%、89.36%。每获得一个单位的效果,四种方案所需花费的成本分别为：33.99元、35.03元、45.05元、107.80元。在方案1的效果基础上,每再获得一个单位效果,方案2、3、4所花费的成本依次为22.80元、71.62元、269.87元。结论方案1为成本效果比最低的方案,但有效率不高;方案2、3、4有效率有较大提高,而三种方案中增加相同的效果所需的成本则以方案2最低。

Cost-effectiveness Analysis of Four Therapeutic Schemes for Schizophrenia

Objective To discuss the economic effects of different therapeutic schemes in the treatment of same illness. Method 264 cases of schizophrenia were collected from the case history in the past year and were divided into four groups ： compound of chlorpromazine was given to Group Ⅰ , elozapine was given to Group Ⅱ, sulpiride was given to Group Ⅲ and risperidone was given to Group Ⅳ. Data was evaluated using the pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis. Result The costs of four groups are 2116. 12,2568. 57,3634. 65, 9632. 14Yuan. The effective rate of four groups are 62. 25%, 72. 32%, 80. 63%, 89. 36% by turns and increase of 1% effective rate costed 33.99, 35.03, 45.05 and 107.80 Yuan. Conclusion group Ⅱ is the most rational one.
