胃痛立应软胶囊的实验研究

目的:通过实验研究证实胃痛立应软胶囊的疗效。方法:观察本品对大鼠应激性溃疡、对小鼠小肠推进运动、对小鼠镇痛试验和二甲苯致炎试验的影响。结果:与良附丸相比,本品能显著抑制大鼠应激性溃疡、小鼠小肠推进性运动(P<0.01),抑制乙酸致小鼠扭体次数(P<0.05),抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀作用无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:本品对应激性溃疡具有较好防治作用,能够抑制小肠的推进运动,还有较好的抗炎和镇痛作用。

The Experimental Effect of Weitong Liying Soft Capsule

Objective:To explore the effect of Weitong Liying soft capsule through experiments.Methods:To observe the effect of Weitong Liying soft capsule on stress ulcer of rats,on propelling movement of small intestine of mice,on analgesic experiment on mice and on inflammatory experiment caused by dimethylbenzene on mice.Results:Compared with Liangfu pill,Weitong Liying soft capsule has effect in inhibiting stress ulcer of rats and propelling movement of small intestine of mice(P<0.01),has effect in lessening the frequency of wring of mice caused by acetic acid(P<0.05),has no different effect in inhibiting inflammatory granuloma of mice caused by dimethylbenzene(P>0.05).Conclusion:Weitong Liying soft capsule has remarkable anti-ulcer,anti-propelling,anti-inflammation and analgsia effect.
