乙型肝炎血清标志物与HBV DNA的相关性分析

目的探讨乙型肝炎患者血清标志物（HBV-M）与HBV-DNA的关系. 方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和荧光定量-PCR （FQ-PCR）法对1 433例乙肝患者进行HBV-M以及HBV-DNA定量检测. 结果在HBsAg（＋） HBeAg（＋） HBcAb（＋）血清中HBV-DNA阳性率和含量最高,血清中HBeAg与HBV-DNA含量密切相关,但部分HBeAg阴性或HBeAb阳性患者也有较高的HBV-DNA阳性率及含量. 结论单凭血清免疫标志物模式难以准确判断HBV的复制程度及传染性的强弱,定量检测HBV-DNA能真实反映HBV的复制情况,对诊断、治疗乙肝患者及疗效观察具有较大的指导意义.

The relationship between serum markers in hepatitis B patients and HBV DNA and clinical significance

Objective To analyze the relationship between serum HBV - DNA levels and the patterns of serological markers. Methods The levels of HBV markers and HBV - DNA in the serum of 1433 hepatitis B patients were quantitatively determined by ELISA and FQ- PCR. Results There was a close relationship between serum HBV - DNA and HBeAg. The highest HBV- DNA levels were presented in sera positive both for HBsAg and HBeAg, higher HBV - DNA levels could also be observed in some sera with negative HBeAg and positive anti - HBe. Conclusion Quantitatively determination of the level of HBV - DNA can genuinely reflect the results of HBV replication and it is also of great significance for diagnosis and observation on the results in treatment of HBV patients.
