| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用同种异体肌腱修复拇长伸肌腱自发性断裂的临床效果。方法对8例拇长伸肌腱自发性断裂的患者采用同种异体肌腱移植修复断裂缺损的肌腱。结果术后随访3个月~2年,未见肌腱粘连和再次断裂。结论应用同种异体肌腱移植修复拇长伸肌腱自发性断裂,是一种操作简便、损伤小、疗效可靠的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical outcome of allogenous tendon grafting in the management of spontaneous extensor rupture in thumb. Methods Eight spontaneously ruptured extensor tendons in thumb were grafted using alloge- nous tendons. Results All patients were followed up for 3 months to 2 years No tendon adhesion or recurrent repture was seen. Conclusion Allogenous tendons could be used to repair spontaneous extensor tendon rupture in thumb. This method might be simple, minimally in invasive and reliable. |
