稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常的疗效分析

目的:观察稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常的临床疗效和不良反应。方法:将收治的心律失常患者128例随机分为研究组和对照组,每组64例,研究组给予口服稳心颗粒9g/次,3次/天,美托洛尔12.5mg/次,2次/天;对照组给予口服美托洛尔12.5mg/次,2次/天,疗程均为4周,所有患者治疗前后均行心电图及24h动态心电图检查。结果:治疗4周后研究组总有效率为92.2%,对照组总有效率为71.9%,数据间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗前两组24h动态心电图时域指标比较无统计学差异(P0.05);治疗4周后两组时域指标均有所升高,研究组正常窦性心搏间期标准差(SDNN)、窦性心搏间期平均标准差(SDANN),全程每5minRR剑气标准差(SDNN-index)较对照组升高更为显著,数据间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者治疗期间未见严重不良反应。结论:稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心律失常疗效较好,可以明显改善患者心律失常及心律变异性,不良反应较少。

The Analysis of the Treatment of Wenxinkeli Combined with Metoprolol in Arrhythmias

Objective: The observed the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of treatment of Wenxinkeli combined with metoprolol in arrhythmias.Methods: 128 cases of arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,64 cases in each study group was given the oral Wenxinkeli 9g /,3 times / d,metoprolol 12.5mg /,2 times / d;control group received oral metoprolol 12.5mg / 2 times / d,a course of four weeks,before and after treatment,all patients underwent ECG and 24h Holter.Results: The study group after 4 weeks of treatment the total effective rate was 92.2%,71.9% of the total effective rate of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) between the data.Before treatment,24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram domain indices showed no significant difference(P>0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,two sets of time-domain indexes were increased,the study group SDNN,SDANN,SDNN index increased more significantly than the control group,there was significant difference between the data(P<0.05).The two groups of patients during treatment were no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion: Wenxinkeli better combined with metoprolol treatment of arrhythmia can be significantly improved in patients with cardiac arrhythmias and heart rate variability,few adverse reactions.
