| 摘 要： | Th17细胞是有别于传统Th1、Th2细胞分化途径的Th细胞亚群,是近期发现的以产生IL-17主要特征的一种CD4+T细胞亚型。为了进一步认识Th17细胞的效应机制,国内外近年来对Th17细胞的分化及调节进行了深入的研究。目前研究发现,在自身免疫性疾病、慢性炎症以及胞外细菌感染的防御等免疫应答中均起到重要的作用。Th17细胞亚群的发现不仅对研究自身免疫性疾病的发病的机理有着重要的作用,而且对阐明CD4+T细胞的免疫调节机制提供了新思路。

| Abstract: | Being a new subset of CD+4 helper cells,Th17 cells are a newly appreciated T-helper cell subset,which is distincted from both Th1 and Th2 cells.The cytokines produced by Th17 cells can play an important role in the onset and development of diseases.Th17 is discovered in researches of autoimmune diseases from human and animals,more and more researches are showing that Th17 is also important in immune response under other situations,such as infection.For further study,the function and clinical significance of Th17 and CD+4 helper cells should be addressed. |
