| 摘 要： | 目的:观察针刀配合手法综合治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法:58例采用针刀治疗、手法治疗辅助以运动疗法。结果:治疗1个疗程14天,经过3～9个月的随访,平均5.6月,结果优49例,良5例,中3例差1例优良率93%。结论:针刀配合手法综合治疗肩周炎,方法简便,痛苦小,治疗周期短,值得推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the efficacy of needle-knife technique with manual therapy of frozen shoulder.Methods:58 patients were treated with needle-knife therapy,manual therapy was mainly exercise therapy.Results:A course was 14 days,after 3-9 months of follow-up,the average was 5.6 months.Results were excellent in 49 cases,good in 5 cases,3 cases of poor in 1 case.The good rate was 93%.Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of frozen shoulder with manual and needle-knife method is simple and has less pain as well as shorter treatment cycles.it is worthy of widely application. |
