纤维素酶水解栀子苷的工艺条件研究

摘    要:目的:考察纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的最佳工艺条件。方法:采用单因素实验设计,考察反应温度、反应时间、水解介质的pH值3个因素对纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的影响,确定纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元法的最佳反应条件。结果:纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的最佳工艺条件为:纤维素酶水解的反应温度为50℃,反应时间为2h,水解介质的pH值为5.1。结论纤维素酶水解栀子苷制备栀子苷元的最佳工艺条件合理、可行,所得栀子苷元纯度较高。

Abstract:Objective:To study the process conditions of the hydrolysis of geniposide with cellulase.Method:One-factor experimental design was used to investigate the effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,and reaction pH in the hydrolysis of geniposide by cellulase,and to find out the optimized condition of hydrolysis with cellulase.Results:The optimized condition of hydrolysis with cellulase was as follows: reaction temperature was 50℃,one-factor experimental design and reaction pH was 5.1.Conclusion:The process conditions in hydrolysis of geniposide with cellulase were reasonable and feasible,so the purity of genipin was high.
