| 摘 要： | 目的:建立芍黄通便合剂的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法鉴别大黄、白芍;采用薄层色谱法测定芍药苷的含量。结果:薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于观察;芍药苷线性范围是0.136～1.023μg,r=0.9997,平均回收率为97.16%,RSD=0.8%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、专属、准确,可作为本品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish the quality standard for Shaohuang laxative mixture.Method: Radix et rhizoma rhei and Radix paeoniae alba were identified by TLC,the content of Paeoniflorm was determined by HPLC.Result:The spots in TLC were clear and distinguished well.The linear range of Paeoniflorm was 0.2~1.5μg,r=0.9998,the average recovery was 98.23%,RSD=0.98%(n=6).Conclusion:This method is simple,specific and accurate,it can be used for the qulity control of Shaohuang laxative mixture. |
