三联疗法治疗早泄的临床疗效观察

目的:观察采用三联疗法治疗早泄患者117例的临床疗效,并加以分析。方法:将117例患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例与对照组37例,对照组行西医手术治疗,治疗组行三联疗法治疗,两组疗程均为28天。结果:治疗组较对照组疗效更明显,射精潜伏期延长,CIPE-5评分升高,80例患者中52例显效,19例有效,总有效率高达88.75%。结论:采用三联疗法治疗早泄患者的临床疗效满意,故该法值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Efficacy of Triple Therapy on Premature Ejaculation

Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effects of 117 premature ejaculation patients through the treatments of triple therapy.Methods:117 patients were divided into two groups randomly,80 patients in the treatment group and 37 patients in the control group.Patients in the treatment group were given triple therapy while patients in the control group were given surgical therapy both for 28 days.Results: The effect was more obvious in the treatment group,and the ejaculation latency time was prolonged,and CIPE-5 score increased,52 cases in the treatment group were markedly effective,19 cases were effective,the total efficiency was up to 88.75%.Conclusion:The use of triple therapy in premature ejaculation patients is effective in clinic treatment and is worthy for clinical application.
