| 摘 要： | 目的:观察超微四逆汤对大鼠灌胃给药的长期毒性反应,评价其安全性,为临床研究提供依据。方法:采用长期毒性试验方法观察超微四逆汤对大鼠产生的毒性反应。结果:给药12周和停药2周,超微四逆汤对大鼠动物行为、活动、毛色、大小便、饮食、饮水无明显影响,眼、鼻、口腔无异常分泌物出现;对红细胞、血红蛋白和血小板、凝血酶原时间无明显影响;对血液生化学指标亦无明显影响。结论:超微四逆汤及传统饮片四逆汤均安全。

| Abstract: | Objective:Long-term toxic reaction of Chaowei Sini Decoction on rats was observed to evaluate the safety and provide clinical reference.Methods:The toxic reaction of rats were observed by long-term toxicity testing.Results:Treating for 12 weeks and drug withdrawal for 2 weeks,the behaviour,activities,hair color,urination and defecation,diet and drinking had no changes.There was no abnormal discharge in eyes,nose or mouth.There was on influence on red cells,hemoglobin,blood platelet and prothrombin time.There was on influence on blood biochemical analysis.Conclusion:Both Chaowei Sini Decoction and traditional Sini Decoction are safe. |
