中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征临床观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征的临床效果。方法:选择2008年10月-2010年10月收治的胆囊切除术后综合征的患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用羟甲香豆素片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加大柴胡汤进行对症治疗。结果:治疗后,对照组治愈12例,有效10例,无效8例;总有效率为73.0%;治疗组治愈20例,有效9例,无效1例;总有效率为97.0%;治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P0.05);治疗组的消化不良积分为(2.77±0.06),腹部疼痛积分为(1.58±0.05)均明显低于对照组的(3.65±0.05)和(2.58±0.01),两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胆囊切除术后综合征临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Integrative Medicine to Treat with Postoperative Syndrome of Cholecystectomy

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine to treat with postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy.Methods:60 cases with postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy admitted in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group was given hymecromone tablet while the treatment group was received Chai Hu Tang on the basis of the conventional therapy.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.0% significantly higher than 73.0% of the control group(P<0.05);after the treatment,dyspepsia score of the treatment group was(2.77±0.06),pain or swelling nausea frequency score was(1.58±0.05) significantly lower than(3.65±0.05) and(2.58±0.01) of the control group,there ere statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine to treat with postoperative syndrome of cholecystectomy is effective,and it is should be widely applied in clinical.
