中药内服外敷治疗骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的:观察加味四物汤和海桐皮汤内服外敷对骨性关节炎的临床干预和影响。方法:自2010年1月-2011年12月期间对临床收治的90例骨性关节炎病人在同一条件下随机分为观察组60例和对照组30例,分别采用中药内服外敷研究组、西药对照组,观察比较。结果:90例中,观察组有效率64.4%,显效率27.2%,总有效率92.2%,对照组有效率55.5%,显效率26.6%,总有效率81.6%,观察组有明显的优越性。结论:中药内服外敷研究组在骨性关节炎治疗中有显著优势。

Clinical Research on TCM Internal and External Treatment of Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the clinical intervention and influence internal and external treatment with modified Siwu Decoction and Haitongpi Decoction on osteoarthritis.Method:From January 2010 to December 2011,90 cases with osteoarthritis under the same conditions were randomly divided into observation group(60 patients)and control group(30 patients),respectively using the Chinese herbs and western medicine,the effect was compared.Result:The effective rate in observation group was 64.4%,markedly effective rate was 27.2%,the total effective rate was 92.2%;in the control group the effective rate was 55.5%,markedly effective rate was 26.6%,the total effective rate was 81.6%.There were obvious advantages in the observation group.Conclusion:Internal and external application of Chinese herbs have significant advantages in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
