十补丸加减治疗脾肾两虚型糖尿病临床观察

目的:病证结合观察十补丸加减治疗脾肾两虚型糖尿病临床疗效。方法:将90例2型糖尿病人随机分为中药组45例,中西组20例,西药组25例。中药组用十补丸加减,西药组用盐酸二甲双胍片,中西组上述中西药同时同量应用。2周导入期,观察3个月,治疗前、后均进行FBG、2hPG、HbA1c检测,并用中医症候评分法评价临床疗效。结果:中药组总有效率88.88%,中西组总有效率95%,西药组总有效率68%;3组患者FBG、2hPG、HbA1c治疗前后比较P0.05或P0.01,中医症候方面,中药组与中西组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05),中药组、中西组与西药除性欲方面外,比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:十补丸加减治疗脾肾两虚型2型糖尿病具有降低血糖、改善症状的功效。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Modified Shibu Pill Treating of Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome of Type II Diabetes

Objective:To observe the effect of modified Shibu Pill treating the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of type II diabetes by combing disease and syndrome.Method:90 patients with type II diabetes were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(45 cases),with the combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine group(20 cases),western medicine group(25 cases).Traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with modified Shibu Pill,the Western medicine group with metformin hydrochloride tablets,and the combination group with the Chinese and western medicine at the same time with the same amount.After two-week guiding period and three-month observation,FBG,2hPG and HbA1c were observed before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy was evaluated by the TCM symptom score evaluation.Results:The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 88.88%,and of the combination group was 95%,of the western medicine group was 68%;three groups of patients with FBG,2hPG and HbA1c were compared before and after the treatment,P<0.05 or P<0.01.In TCM symptoms,the difference of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the combination group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In addition to the sexual aspect,the difference of the traditional Chinese medicine group,the combination group and the western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shibu Pill can lower blood sugar and relieve the symptoms of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of type II diabetes.
