| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对"益肾生血方"联合西药治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血疗效观察,探讨慢性再生障碍性贫血的有效治疗方法。方法:将慢性再生障碍性贫血患者40例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组以环孢菌素A联合安雄、司坦唑醇口服,治疗组在以上治疗基础上加用"益肾生血方"中药,治疗6个月后评估疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为80%,对照组有效率为66.7%,两者有显著性差异。结论:补肾中药可明显提高慢性再生障碍性贫血的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:The observation on effect of Yishen Shengxue Formula combined with Western medicine treatment on chronic aplastic anemia was made to look for a more effective treatment for chronic aplastic anemia.Methods:40 patients of chronic aplastic anemia were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group.The control group patients were treated with cyclosporin A,stanozolol and yasuo.For the treatment group patients,besides the above treatment,Yishen Shengxue Formula was used.The efficacy of the two groups after 6 months was compared.Results:Effective ratio of the treatment group was 80% and 66.7% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Chinese herb can significantly improve the treatment efficacy on chronic aplastic anemia. |
