中医辨证治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床观察

目的:观察中医辨证论治治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床疗效。方法:将60例过敏性紫癜性肾炎(肾病型)患儿分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例,对照组采用西医常规治疗,给予强的松片、雷公藤多苷片口服。对照组30例,采用强的松片、雷公藤多苷片口服治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上采用中药汤剂口服,并随证加减,治疗结束后观察两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.67%,对照组为63.33%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医辨证论治联合西药治疗肾病型紫癜性肾炎疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on TCM Treatment of Children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura Nephritis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis.Method:60 cases of allergic purpura nephritis(kidney type)were divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).Control group was treated with conventional Western medicine prednisone tablets and Tripterygium glycosides tablets.Based on the treatment in control group,treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine decoction,which should be modified with the symptoms.The clinical efficacy was observed after treatment.Results:The total effective was 86.67% in treatment group,63.33% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM Differential Treatment combined with Western medicine treatment has significant effect on purpura nephritis.
