加味黄连阿胶汤治疗老年高血压失眠疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察加味黄连阿胶汤对老年高血压失眠患者的影响。方法:将65例老年轻、中度高血压失眠患者分成治疗组和对照组,两组均以常规降压治疗为基础,治疗组加用加味黄连阿胶汤治疗,与口服枣仁安神液相对照。两组治疗前后进行匹兹堡睡眠质量评分、中医证候评分和动态血压比较。结果:两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量总评分和各因子对比均有显著差异,治疗组与对照组具有显著差异;中医证候评分治疗组明显优于对照组;两组动态血压水平治疗前后均保持稳定。结论:加味黄连阿胶汤可以改善老年高血压肾阴虚证患者的睡眠障碍和临床症状,维持血压的稳定。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the curative effects of Huanglian Ejiao decoction on case of insomnia in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:65 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups were both treated with conventional antihypertensive therapy,the treatment group with Huanglian Ejiao decoction and the other group with Zaoren Anshen liquid.PSQI,syndrome score and ambulatory blood pressure were measured between two groups.Results:The scores of the points of PSQI had significant differences in contrast between before and after treatment.Treatment group had significant differenes compared with control group.Syndrome score of Huanglian Ejiao decoction was significantly superior to that of Zaoren Anshen liquid.Ambulatory blood pressure in both groups remained stable.Conclusions:Huanglian Ejiao decoction can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with hypertension of kidney Yin deficiency.
