乐胃饮对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠AQP3、AQP4蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的:观察乐胃饮对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜AQP3、AQP4蛋白表达的影响。方法:60只Wistar大鼠,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、维酶素组、乐胃饮低、中、高剂量组,除正常对照组外,其余大鼠用2%水杨酸钠灌胃、自由饮用MNNG溶液结合饥饱失常等综合因素诱发慢性萎缩性胃炎模型。造模后各组予以灌胃治疗4周。结果:与模型对照组比较,乐胃饮各剂量组胃黏膜AQP3、AQP4蛋白表达显著升高(P0.01或P0.05)。结论:乐胃饮可增强慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃黏膜AQP3、AQP4蛋白的表达,可能通过改善胃黏膜水盐代谢,调节胃酸分泌,进而达到治疗CAG的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Leweiyin on the expression of AQP3 and AQP4 in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:60 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: normal control group,model group,Weimeisu group,Leweiyin with low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose group.Except the normal control group,the rest five groups of chronic atrophic gastritis model were induced by administering intragastrically with 2% sodium salicylate,a free drink with MNNG solution and a combination of other factors such as irregular diet.Afterwards,corresponding medication was administered to each group for 4 weeks.Results:Compared to the model group,the expression of AQP3 and AQP4 in each dose of Leweiyin groups significantly higher(P<0.01 or P<0.05) Conclusion:Leweiyin could increase the expression of AQP3 and AQP4 in gastric mucosa of rats with chronic atrophic gastritis.It could treat chronic atrophic gastritis by improving water and salt metabolism in gastric mucosa and regulating gastric acid secretion.
