基于文本挖掘技术的中成药及西药治疗慢性前列腺炎用药规律研究

目的:利用文本挖掘技术探索中成药及西药治疗慢性前列腺炎的用药规律。方法:在中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)中采集治疗慢性前列腺炎的相关文献,建立Access数据库,运用SQL对数据进行处理,结合人工降噪后,分析中成药及西药治疗慢性前列腺炎的用药规律。结果:野菊花栓、消痔灵注射液、普乐安片、三金片、桂枝茯苓丸、男康片等依次为治疗慢性前列腺炎的高频中成药;氧氟沙星、红霉素、左氧氟沙星、阿奇霉素、哌唑嗪、环丙沙星等依次为治疗慢性前列腺炎的高频西药;三金片和左氧氟沙星分别是联用时常用的中成药和西药。结论:文本挖掘能够分析中成药及西药治疗慢性前列腺炎的用药规律,获得的结果不仅反映了临床用药实际,而且拓展了临床用药的范畴与思路,为科学合理地使用中成药及西药提供了客观依据。

Study on the Regularity of Prescription for Chronic Prostatitis Basing on Text Mining Technique with Chinese Patent Medicine and West Medicine

Objective:To explore the data to reveal meaningful regularity of Chinese Proprietary Medicine and west medicine.Methods:In this paper,we propose an algorithm to retrieve simple and meaningful networks from large data sets of chronic prostatitis.We transfer XML type data sets to the structured database of Microsoft SQL and visualize them into different graphs by software excel and Cytoscape.Results: Wild Dendranthema Flower Suppository,hemorrhoid injection,Pulean tablets,Sanjin tablets,Guizhi fuling Bolus,Nankang tablets are the commonly used Chinese patent medicine.Ofloxacin,Erythromycin,Levofloxacin,Azithromycin,Prazosin,Ciprofloxacin are the core of west medicine.Sanjin tablets and Levofloxacin are often used in conjunction with Chinese Patent Medicine and Western medicine.Conclusions: The result not only reflects the actual clinical use,but also expands the scope of clinical medicine for the scientific and rational use of Chinese Proprietary Medicine and western medicine,providing an objective basis for Text Mining Technique.
