500例慢性前列腺炎伴发抑郁障碍的调查分析

目的:了解慢性前列腺炎(CP)患者抑郁障碍的伴发情况,并探讨相互关系。方法:对568例CP患者采用ZUNG抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行调查,SDS评分与国内常模测试结果相比较;并选取CP患者病程、症状程度(CPSI积分)、症状持续时间、性功能状况(IIEF-5)、该病知识来源、年龄、职业、文化程度与抑郁障碍伴发生率比较。结果:回收有效问卷500份,SD评分46.17±9.03,高于国内常模SDS41.88±10.57(P0.01),SDS检出率与病程、CPSI积分、症状存在时间、相关医疗知识来源、性功能状况有相关性(P0.01),而与年龄、职业、文化程度无相关性。结论:CP患者较普遍存在抑郁障碍,郁障障碍与CP的躯身症状互为因果,致CP反复发作,疗效不佳。

The Diagnoses in 500 Cases of Chronic Prostatitis Complicated with Depressive Disorder

Objective:To evaluate the prevalence of depressive disorder in patients with Chronic Prostatitis and investigate the correlation.Methods:To investigate the 568 cases of CP by using the SDS of ZUNG,the scores of SDS is compared with norm group.To choose the course of disease,degree of symptom,duration of symptom,sexual function(IIEF-5),konwledge resources of the disease,age,profession and level of education,then compared with the concomitant rates of depressive disorde.Results:There were 500 valid questionnaires.the scores of SD is overtop the SDS of norm group(P<0.01).The former is(46.17±9.03) and the later is(41.88±10.57).The relevance ratio of SDS was associated with the course of disease,degree of symptom,duration of symptom,konwledge resources of the disease and sexual function(IIEF-5),but no longer having relevance in age,profession and level of education.Conclusion:There is a general appearance in the patients of Chronic Prostatitis which are complicated with depressive disorder.The key reason of the recurrent attacks and the bad prognosis in the patients of Chronic Prostatitis is that the depressive disorder and the symptom of CP interact as both cause and effect.
