中国八省市居民亚健康状态的职业特征分析比较

目的:了解不同职业人群的亚健康状态。方法:通过中国人亚健康状态调查问卷(CSHS-3),采用整群随机抽样的方法,对中国东西南北中8个省市20～60岁调查对象进行现场调查,运用卡方检验、协方差分析、秩和检验等统计方法,比较亚健康状态不同方面的职业特征及不同职业的亚健康状态的差异及特点。结果:亚健康状态不同方面的职业特征存在差异;不同职业的亚健康状态存在差异。其中亚健康状态总得分最高的是工人;躯体表现领域得分最高的是工人;心理领域学生得分最高;社会适应领域得分最高的是工人;性生活领域农民得分最高。结论:对不同职业的亚健康状态的差异及特点进行分析,可为职业相关的亚健康状态的干预提供流行病学依据。

Comparison of Different Occupation Characteristics in Populations in 8 Provinces in China

Objective:To explore sub-health status in populations with different careers.Methods:In order to compare different occupation characteristics in different aspects with sub-health status,a random sampling study and questionnaire were conducted to analyze sub-health status of people among 20~60 years old in 8 provinces in China.Results:Statistical difference existed in sub-health status of different occupation characteristics,while hightest scores of somatic and social adaptation manifestations were workers;hightest scores of psychological manifestations was students;hightest scores of sexual life manifestations was farmers.Conclusions:Epidemiological basis can be provided in intervention of sub-health status in different occupations.
