肺心病缓解期的中医证型研究

目的:通过文献研究,探讨肺心病缓解期的中医证型特点;方法:检索国内近15年(1996-2010)现有中医及中西医结合期刊杂志肺心病缓解期研究的有关报道,统计分析其证型分布特点。结果:在纳入271篇文献中共出现62个证型,其中出现频率较高的前10项证型分别是气虚血瘀、痰瘀互结、脾肾两虚、肺肾两虚、肺气亏虚、阳虚血瘀、肾虚失纳、肺脾两虚、痰热壅肺和水凌心肺,其累计频率为89.1%。结论:肺心病缓解的中医证候以单纯本虚为多,本虚标实和标实证候也不少见。本虚以脾肾两虚、肺肾两虚、肺气亏虚最为常见;本虚标实以气虚血瘀证较常见;单纯实证以痰瘀互结证出现频率最高。

Study On TCM Syndrome Type Of Cor Pulmonale

Objective:To analyze the characteristics of TCM syndrome type of cor pulmonale through the literature research.Method: Search clinical reports about cor pulmonale in TCM or Chinese and Western integration domestic literatures from 1996 to 2010,summarize the characteristics of distribution of TCM syndrome types.Result: There are 62 TCM syndrome types in these literatures.The highest frequency of the TCM syndrome types are Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,deficiency of both spleen and kidney,deficiency of both lung and kidney,deficiency of lung-Qi syndrome,yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,deficiency of kidney syndrome,deficiency of both lung and spleen,phlegm-heat obstructing lungs and water invading the lung and heart syndrome.These account for 89.1% of all TCM syndrome types of cor pulmonale.Conclusion: The deficiency types and root deficiency and branch excess types are import in TCM syndrome types of cor pulmonale.The most common deficiency types are deficiency of both spleen and kidney,deficiency of both lung and kidney,deficiency of lung-Qi types.Qi deficiency and blood stasis type are important in root deficiency and branch excess types and phlegm and blood stasis type are important in excessive syndrome.
