中西医结合治疗单纯舒张期高血压的临床观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗单纯舒张期高血压(IDH)的临床疗效。方法:选择2009年6月-2010年6月我院收治的IDH患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平和缬沙坦,观察组在此基础上加用自拟舒降汤。结果:观察组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组为73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组服药2、4、6、8周时DBP均显著低于对照组(P0.05),SBP均无显著性差异(P0.05);两组服药8周时UAE和Ccr水平较服药前均显著降低(P0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为13.3%(4/30),对照组为6.7%(2/30),差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗IDH可显著降低DBP和改善肾功能的效果,对SBP影响小,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Combined Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on Isolated Diastolic Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on isolated diastolic hypertension.Methods:A total of 60 IDH patients were selected in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2010,who were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 cases in each group.The control group were given amlodipine besylate and Valsartan therapy,on the basis of these therapy in the control group,the observation group were given Shujiang decoction prepared by self.Results:The total effective rate of observation was 96.7%(29/30),in the control group it was 73.3%(22/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment,the DBP in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in all SBP(P>0.05);the levels of UAE and Ccr at 8 weeks of treatment were significantly lower compared with that before treatment in two groups(P<0.05),the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);adverse reactions of observation group was 13.3%(4/30),in the control group it was 6.7%(2/30),the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on IDH can significantly reduce the DBP and improve the renal function,which has little effects on SBP and little adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
