化疗联合扶正祛邪法对中晚期胃癌患者生存质量影响的临床研究

目的:观察中医扶正祛邪法对接受化疗的中晚期胃癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:96例中晚期胃癌患者随机分成治疗组与对照组。治疗组43例采用化疗联合口服扶正祛邪法中药,对照组53例采取单纯化疗,总疗程6个月。结果:治疗组治疗前后临床症状、体征积分有改善(P0.05);对照组治疗前后临床症状、体征积分无明显改善(P0.05),甚至在乏力与消瘦两个指标出现恶化,差异有显著性(P0.05);组间治疗后比较,治疗组临床症状、体征评分明显低于单纯化疗组治疗(P0.05)。治疗组治疗后KPS评分高于治疗前(P0.05);对照组治疗后KPS评分低于治疗前(P0.05)。组间治疗后比较,治疗组KPS评分明显高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:化疗联合扶正祛邪法可以提高中晚期胃癌患者的生存质量。

Clinical Research on the Effect of Fuzheng Quxie Treatment on the Life Quality of the Advanced Gastric Carcinoma Patients

Objective:To observe the effect of the Fuzheng Quxie Treatment on the life quality of the advanced gastric carcinoma patients who take chemotherapy.Methods:96 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.43 cases in control group took chemotherapy alone.53 cases in the treatment group took chemotherapy and were treated with Fuzheng Quxie Chinese herbs.The total therapeutic time was 6 months.Results:The scores of symptoms and signs of the treatment group significantly declined after therapy(P<0.05).No significant difference of the scores of stomachache,loose stool and anorexia was shown after therapy in the control group(P>0.05),and the scores of fatigue and emaciation significantly rose in the control group after therapy(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs of the treatment group after therapy were lower than those of the control group after therapy(P<0.05).The KPS score of the treatment group was significantly improved after therapy(P<0.05) and that of the control group declined after therapy(P>0.05).The KPS score of the treatment group after therapy was higher than that of the control group after therapy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Fuzheng Quxie Treatment can improve the life quality of the advanced gastric carcinoma patients who take chemotherapy.
