| 摘 要： | 目的:归纳总结天仙子的研究概况。方法:收集整理天仙子的国内外研究文献,对天仙子的化学成分、含量分析、药理作用、不良反应和炮制研究等方面进行文献综述。结果:天仙子在化学和药理学方面取得了一定的研究成果,但在炮制原理研究方面尚缺少系统研究。结论:为进一步研究天仙子的化学成分、不良反应、炮制机理及质量标准提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the researches on the seeds of Hyoscyamus niger L.Methods: The research articles of the seeds of Hyoscyamus niger were collected and summarized in the aspects of chemical constituents,chemical analysis,pharmacology,toxicity,processing,and so on.Results: Some studies on chemistry and pharmacology of the seeds of Hyoscyamus niger have obtained some results.But there is a few study on processing mechanism.Conclusion: This article provides a scientific basis for further study on this herb. |
