无梗五加果实化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的:研究无梗五加Acanthopanax sessiliflorus(Ruqr.et Maxim)Seem.]果实的化学成分。方法:采用溶剂提取法、溶剂萃取法、硅胶柱层析法、凝胶柱层析法、重结晶法对无梗五加果实中的化合物进行分离纯化;根据光谱数据和理化性质确定化合物结构。结果:分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为:chiisanogenin(1),东莨菪内酯(2),胡萝卜苷棕榈酸酯(3),东莨菪苷(4),丁二酸(5),卫矛醇(6)。结论:化合物3、5、6为首次从无梗五加果实中分离得到。

Abstract:Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the fruits of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus(Ruqr.et Maxim)Seem.Method:The methods of solvent extraction,silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column and recrystallizition were used for the isolation and spectroscopy methods were used for the structure identification.Results:6 compounds were isolated.They were identified as chiisanogenin(1),scopoletin(2),daucosterol palmitate(3),scopolin(4),succinate(5),galactitol(6).Conclusion:Compounds 3,5 and 6 were isolated from the fruits of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus(Ruqr.et Maxim)Seem.for the first time.
