煅生地黄炭、熟地黄炭对小鼠出、凝血时间的影响

摘    要:目的:研究煅生地黄炭、熟地黄炭对小鼠出血时间和凝血时间的影响,为进一步探讨生地黄炭、熟地黄炭止血炮制机理提供前期的实验基础。方法:以ICR种小鼠为实验动物,采用断尾法及毛细管法分别测定生地黄、熟地黄、煅生地黄炭、煅熟地黄炭对小鼠的出血时间和凝血时间影响。结果:与生理盐水组比较,生地黄、煅生地黄炭、煅熟地黄炭均能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P0.01)和凝血时间(P0.01);与生地黄组比较,煅生地黄炭能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P0.05)和凝血时间(P0.05);与熟地黄组比较,煅熟地黄炭能够显著缩短小鼠出血时间(P0.01)和凝血时间(P0.01)。结论:生地黄炭和熟地黄炭均具有一定的止血作用,且生地黄煅炭后增强了止血作用、熟地黄煅炭后产生了止血作用。

Influence on Bleeding Time and Coagulation Time in Mice of carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root and Prepared Rehmannia Root

Abstract:Objective:To research the influence on bleeding time and coagulation time in mice of carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root in order to to provide an initial experimental basis for further exploration of its bleeding-stoppling mechanism.Method:ICR mice were experimental animals,tail method and the capillary method were used to measure the influence on bleeding time and coagulation time of Aahesive Rehmannia Root,Prepared Rehmannia Root,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root,and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root.Results:Compared with the saline group,Aahesive Rehmannia Root,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root were able to significantly shorten the bleeding time(P<0.01) and coagulation time(P<0.01);compared with Aahesive Rehmannia Root group,carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber can significantly shorten the bleeding time(P<0.05) and coagulation time(P<0.05);compared with Prepared Rehmannia Root group,carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root can significantly reduce bleeding time in mice(P<0.01) and coagulation time(P<0.01).Conclusion:Carbonized Aahesive Rehmannia Root Tuber and carbonized Prepared Rehmannia Root both have a certain role in hemostasis,and Aahesive Rehmannia Root enhanced function of hemostasis after carbonization,Prepared Rehmannia Root can have function of hemostasis after carbonization.
