| 摘 要： | 辨证论治是中医取得疗效的基础,然而对于慢性乙型肝炎的中医辨证,虽然相关学会制定了相应的诊断与治疗标准,但是在具体的诊疗实践中执行者不多。通过的对近年来有关慢性乙型肝炎中医证候研究的文献进行梳理,认为中医证候研究应该在临床流行病学的指导下,进行多中心、大样本、规范化的收集患者的临床资料,然后以此为依据探索慢性乙型肝炎中医证候的判定标准和"证"的实质研究。

| Abstract: | The basement of traditional Chinese medicine achieved efficacy is differential treatment,however,for chronic hepatitis B,TCM related institutes developed appropriate diagnostic and treatment standards,few performed in the clinic practice.In this paper,the paper of recent years with chronic hepatitis B was summarized and proposed,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome research should under the guidance of clinical epidemiology,clinical data of the multi-center,large sample and standardized patients,and then the substance of the TCM syndrome and the criteria of chronic hepatitis B shoud be explored. |
