豨莶草对小鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型的药效学观察

摘    要:目的:探讨豨莶草抗小鼠实验性全脑脑缺血再灌注损伤作用。方法:通过夹闭双侧颈总动脉的方法制作小鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型,观察灌胃给予豨莶草14g生药/kg对脑组织Evans蓝含量、SOD及MDA水平的影响。结果:豨莶草可降低缺血再灌注后模型动物的脑组织Evans蓝含量,提高SOD活性,降低MDA水平。结论:豨莶草能增加脑缺血再灌注模型小鼠抗氧化酶的活性,改善脑血流,减轻血脑屏障的损伤,对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Herba Siegesbeckiae(HS)on the antioxidase during cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice.Methods:The HS was repeated given orally in mice model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in the EB-treated group.The contents of Evans blue and antioxidase in the brain tissue were changed.Results:The cerebral blood flow in EB-treated group decreased after the ischemia-reperfusion injury.In the HS-treated group,the antioxidase activity increased,and the content of malondialodehyde decreased.Conclusion:HS may protect the brain from ischemia-reperfusion injury by increasing the activity of antioxidase,improving the cerebral blood flow,and alleviating the damage of blood-brain barrier.
