生三七及其不同炮制品对血瘀模型大鼠的影响

摘    要:目的:评价生三七及其不同炮制品对急性血瘀模型大鼠药效作用,比较三七炮制前后在破瘀功效上的差异。方法:给大鼠皮下注射大剂量的肾上腺素,再以冰水浸泡制备急性血瘀模型,灌胃给予生三七水提物、生三七醇提物、蒸三七水提物、蒸三七醇提物、油炸三七水提物、油炸三七醇提物。测定给药后血液流变学指标(全血黏度、血浆黏度)、凝血时间、出血时间及尾部微循环血流量等指标。结果:生三七水提和醇提物都能降低大鼠低切变率下全血黏度和血浆黏度、延长大鼠凝血时间;生三七水提和醇提物、蒸三七醇提物、油炸水提物能增加大鼠微循环血流量。结论:生三七在改善血黏度、抗凝具有较好作用,炮制后作用减弱。生三七可能具有较优的破瘀效果。

Abstract:Objective:The medicinal effect of different processing products of Panax notoginseng on acute blood-stagnation model of rats was evaluated and the difference of efficacy among those products was observed for screening out the optimal product with anti-blood-stagnation effect.Methods:Subcutaneous injection of adrenalin and ice water treatment to rats were used for the model establishment.The rat whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,blood microcirculation and blood coagulation time were estimated.Results:The raw product of Panax notoginseng can significantly improve the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,whereas the fried product has no positive effect.The raw product has the best effect on the blood coagulation time,and nearly all the products can improve the blood microcirculation.Conclusion:The raw product of Panax notoginseng has better effect against blood stagnation.
