荨麻疹汤对女性慢性荨麻疹患者血瘦素、IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE的影响

目的:探究血瘦素、IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE与女性慢性荨麻疹的关系;观察荨麻疹汤对女性慢性荨麻疹患者血瘦素、IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE的影响。方法:比较女性慢性荨麻疹患者与健康女性血瘦素、IL-4、IFN-γ、IgE水平,测定荨麻疹汤或咪唑斯汀治疗前后患者血瘦素、IL-4,IFN-γ,IgE含量,并作比较。结果:荨麻疹汤能降低患者血IL-4,IgE水平;提高血瘦素、IFN-γ含量,而咪唑斯汀作用不显著。结论:女性慢性荨麻疹患者具有高IL-4,IgE水平,低瘦素、IFN-γ水平的特征。荨麻疹汤可能是通过提高血瘦素、IFN-γ水平,降低IL-4,IgE含量从而调节细胞免疫和体液免疫对慢性荨麻疹起到治疗作用。

Effects of Qianmazhen Decoction on Serum Leptin,IL-4,IgE and IFN-γ Levels in Femal Chronic Urticaria Patients

Objective:To investigate the relation between serum Leptin,IL-4,IgE,IFN-γ Levels and chronic urticaria in femal patients.To study the effects of Qianmazhen Decoction on leptin,IL-4,IFN-γ and IgE in femal chronic urticaria patients.Methods:We compared the eptin,IL-4,IFN-γ and IgE between patients and healthy ones first.We measured the contents of leptin,IL-4,IFN-γ and IgE before and after therapy by Qianmazhen Decoction or Mizolastin.The results were compared.Results:The femal chronic urticaria patients had the characteristic of high levels of IL-4 and IgE,low levels of leptin and IFN-γ.Qianmazhen Decoction could lower the contents of IL-4,IgE and improve the levels of leptin,IFN-γ.But Mizolastin didnt’t have this effects.Conclusion:Qianmazhen Decoction could adjust cellular immunity and humoral immunity by improving the levels of leptin、IFN-γ and lowering the contents of IL-4 and IgE.
