清热解毒法对干燥综合征干预的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨清热解毒法对SS模型鼠的疗效。方法:复制SS动物模型,设立模型组1组及治疗组10组,即白花蛇舌草组、紫草组、青蒿组、蒲公英组、大青叶组、板蓝根组、半枝莲组、玄参组、积雪草组、七叶一枝花组;通过不同清热解毒中药对SS模型小鼠体重、饮水量、唾液流量以及颌下腺指数的影响来观察清热解毒法对SS小鼠的治疗作用。结果:通过不同清热解毒中药的干预,SS模型鼠体重、饮水量、唾液流量以及颌下腺指数均得到改善。结论:清热解毒法可以通过体重、饮水量、唾液流量以及颌下腺指数的改善来发挥对SS小鼠的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of mice with sicca syndrome treated by clearing heat and detoxication.Methods:Make the mice model of sicca syndrome,establish model group(1 group)and the treatment group(10 groups),namely oldenlandia diffusa group,gromwell group,southernwood group,dandelion group,folium isatidis group,radix isatidis group,sculellaria barbata group,radix scrophulariae group,asiatic pennywort herb group and paris polyphylla group;observe the effectiveness of mice treated by different Chinese medical herb of clearing heat and detoxication through improving the weight,water intake,salivery secreatery and salivary gland index of the sicca syndrome mice.Results:The Chinese medical herb of clearing heat and detoxication can effectively gain in weight,reduce the average water quantity and salivary gland index and improve saliary flow of the mice with sicca syndrome.Conclusion:The heat-clearing and detoxication treatment for sicca syndrome is effective on improving the weight,average water quantity,salivary gland index and saliary flow.
