中药松郁安神方对失眠大鼠血浆中单胺类神经递质的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨松郁安神方对睡眠剥夺大鼠血浆中单胺类神经递质去甲肾上腺素(Noradrenalin,NE)、5-羟色胺(Serotonin,5-HT)、多巴胺(Dopamin,DA)水平的影响。方法:采用对氯苯丙氨酸(PCPA)造大鼠失眠模型;采用高效液相色谱-电化学检测法(HPLC-ECD)测定PCPA失眠大鼠血浆中NE、5-HT和DA含量。结果:松郁安神方可以降低大鼠血浆中NE、DA含量、升高血浆中5-HT含量,与模型组比较,P0.05。结论:松郁安神方改善失眠大鼠睡眠的机制可能与其调节大鼠睡眠相关物质NE、DA、5-HT的含量有关。

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Song-Yu-An-Shen-Fang on Levels of monoamine neurotransmitters in insomnia Rats plasma

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of the compound Song-Yu-An-Shen-Fang on levels of monamine-neurotransmitter in insomnia rats plasma.Methods: Rats received PCPA to make model of insomnia;The levels of NE,DA and 5-HT in rats plasma of PCPA induced insomnia were determined by HPLC-ECD.Results: Song-Yu-An-Shen-Fang can reduce the levels of NE,DA and increase levels of 5-HT in rat plasma Compared with the model group,there are obvious difference between them(P<0.05).Conclusion: Song-Yu-An-Shen-Fang improved the quality of sleep might be related to regulation of sleep related substance such as NE,DA,5-HT.
