摘    要:目的:观察揉髌手法对兔膝关节软骨组织及细胞超微结构的影响,探讨揉髌手法治疗膝关节骨关节炎的可能作用机制。方法:采用50只新西兰兔,随机分为手法组、针剂组、模型组、假模组和正常组各10只。前3组通过手术造成骨内高压型动物模型。造模1周后手法组采用揉髌手法施术5周共17次;针剂组膝关节内注射玻璃酸钠液共5次。造模后16周末分别处死所有动物,取右膝关节内侧胫骨平台软骨组织,采用HE染色和甲苯胺蓝染色,光镜或电镜观察软骨组织和细胞超微结构变化,数据经统计学处理。结果:模型组软骨细胞超微结构改变明显,软骨组织退变严重,与手法组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:揉髌手法可明显延缓兔膝关节软骨组织的退行性改变。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of the patella-kneading manipulation on the ultrastructure and cartilage tissue of rabbits knee joints,and the mechanism of patella-kneading manipulation on the knee joint cartilage tissue of the rabbits.Method:50 rabbits were randomly divided into manipulation group,injection group,model group,dummy-model group and normal group,10 for each group.IOH-model in the first three groups was caused by operation.1 week after modeling,patella-kneading manipulation on each rabbit in manipulation group was made for 17 times,the rabbit was given injection with sodium hyaluronate 5 times in injection group.On the 16th weekend after modeling,take all the rabbits right knee medial tibial plateau cartilage tissue,to observe the change of the ultrastructure of cartilage tissue cell by light microscopy and TEM with toluidine blue stained and HE stained and make statistical processing.Result:Ultrastructure of cartilage cell changes and cartilage tissue showed clear degeneration for the model group,comparing with the manipulation group,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:The patella-kneading manipulation can significantly delay the degeneration of cartilage tissue of knee joint in rabbits.
