疏肝解郁法治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎伴焦虑抑郁障碍的临床研究

目的:观察中医疏肝解郁法治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎伴焦虑抑郁障碍的效果。方法:50例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎(CHB)伴焦虑抑郁障碍病人,按随机数字表法随机分为西药组、中药组,每组25例。西药组加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,每日1片;中药组予柴胡疏肝散加减,每日1剂。连续用药4周,比较两组病人中医症状积分、焦虑抑郁评分等指标。结果:中药组治疗后中医症状积分较西药组低,有统计学差异(P0.05);两组治疗后焦虑抑郁评分比同组治疗前下降,均有统计学差异(P0.05);两组间治疗后焦虑抑郁评分均无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论:中医疏肝解郁法能改善慢性CHB伴焦虑抑郁障碍患者的焦虑抑郁等临床症状。

Effect of Soothing the Liver in the Treatment of Chronic Viral Hepatitis B Associated with Anxiety and Depressive Disorders

Objective:To study the effect of soothing the liver in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B(CHB)associated with anxiety and depressive disorders.Methods:50 cases of patients with chronic viral hepatitis B associated with anxiety and depressive disorders were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group,25 cases in each group.The western medicine group was administered by flupentixol and melitracen tablets,1 tablet once a day while the TCM group by herbs with effect of soothing the liver in the beginning.The TCM symptoms integral,states of anxiety and depression were evaluated after 4 weeks.Results:Compared with the western medicine group,the TCM symptoms integral of the TCM group was less and statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the beginning,the average anxiety and depression grades of both groups were less and statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the western medicine group,the average anxiety and depression grades of the TCM group were statistically insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM therapy of soothing the liver can relieve clinical symptoms of patients with CHB associated with anxiety and depressive disorders.
