张介宾“阳非有余”论探要

张介宾为明代杰出的医学家,提出"阳非有余"论。该理论从阳气在生命活动中的主导作用,从形与气、寒与热、水与火的关系强调阳气的重要性,并从阳气主导生化之权和阳气难得易失两方面强调阳气之不足。此外结合临床实际分析阳气理论在慢性充血性心力衰竭中的应用。

Analysis on the Theory of Deficient Yang by ZHANG Jie-bin

ZHANG Jie-bin,an outstanding physician in Ming Dynasty,proposed deficient Yang theory.According to this theory,Yang-qi is the leading role of life activities.Yang-qi stresses the importance of the relationship from shape and qi,cold and heat,water and fire.Yang deficiency emphasis on two aspects:Yang-qi dominates growth and development and Yang-qi is not so soon gotten as lost.In addition to clinical practice analysis,Yang theory in chronic for congestive heart failure was analyzed.
