自拟妇康汤对妇科术后恢复的临床观察

目的:探讨自拟妇康汤对妇科手术后患者身体状况恢复的疗效。方法:将60例需要手术的妇科患者随机分为治疗组与对照组两组,每组各30例。两组患者术前基本情况与基础治疗相同,对照组术后继续应用抗生素2天,不服用中药汤剂。治疗组术后12h开始服用自拟妇康汤,每次30mL,3次/天,口服至排便后第2天。观察两组排气时间、排便时间,术后发热率以及切口甲级愈合率。结果:治疗组排气时间、排便时间以及术后发热率均优于对照组,与对照组相比均有显著差异(P0.05);切口甲级愈合率两组相比无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:自拟妇康复汤能有效改善术手患者的身体状况,加快了患者的术后康复,降低医疗费用,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Observation of Self-made Fukang Decoction for Gynecological Postoperative Recovery

Objective:To explore the effect of Self-made Fukang Decoction on the physical condition of patients after gynecological surgery.Methods:60 patients with gynecological surgery need were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients in each group.The basic conditions before treatment and the same basic treatment of patients in two groups were the same,control group continuely used Antibiotics for 3d,without Chinese medicine decoction.The treatment group began to take Self-made Fukang Decoction 12h after operation,30mL,3times/d,until the 2nd day after defecation.The discharge time,bowel movement,postoperative fever rate and wound healing rate of grade were observed.Result:Defecation time and postoperative fever rate of treatment group were superior to those of the control group,with significantly different(P<0.05);wound healing rate of two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Self-made Fukang Decoction can improve physical conditions of patients with surgery,accelerate the patients’ postoperative recovery and reduce health care costs,which is worthy of clinical application.
