慢性胃炎患者不同舌苔中细胞化学成分变化研究

目的:探讨慢性胃炎患者不同舌苔变化的细胞化学有效成分,尝试为临床检验提供一种新的具有中医特色的体液检测方法。方法:采用超声波方法打碎舌苔脱落细胞,用UV-756MC型分光光度计检测舌苔细胞匀浆中的SDH、ACP、LDH、PAS含量。结果:(1)慢性胃炎患者舌苔中SDH、LDH含量较正常组升高(P0.05),PAS含量降低(P0.05);(2)慢性胃炎患者黄苔中SDH、ACP、PAS、LDH含量均较白苔组升高(P0.05);(3)慢性胃炎患者剥苔组SDH含量最低(P0.05),黄厚腻苔组SDH含量最高(P0.05),其趋势为黄厚腻组薄黄腻组薄白腻组白厚腻组薄白苔组薄黄苔组剥苔组;慢性胃炎患者各组舌苔ACP含量比较,薄黄腻组ACP含量最高,薄黄苔组最低。结论:慢性胃炎舌苔变化与细胞化学成分SDH、ACP、LDH、PAS有一定相关性;可为临床检验提供一种新的具有中医特色的体液检测方法。

Research on Change of Cell Chemical Composition in Different Coated Tongues of Chronic Gastritis Sufferers

Objective:This paper studied effective chemical composition of cells in different coated tongues of chronic gastritis sufferers,and attempted to provide a new detection method of body fluid with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical trials.Methods:Ultrasonic wave was adopted to break cast-off cells of coated tongues into pieces and contents of SDH,ACP,LDH,and PAS were determined by UV-756MC spectrophotometer in the homogenate of coated tongue cell.Results:(1)The contents of SDH and LDH in the chronic gastritis sufferers’ coated tongues were comparatively higher than those in the regular group(P<0.05)while the content of PAS reduced(P<0.05).(2)In the yellow coated tongue group of chronic gastritis sufferers,the contents of SDH,ACP,PAS and LDH increased at a higher rate than that in white coated tongues group(P<0.05).(3)The content of SDH in peeled-tongue sufferers with chronic gastritis was lowest(P<0.05);the SDH content of yellow and thick greasy coated tongue group was highest(P<0.05),and the trend of SDH content was as follows:the group with yellow and thick greasy coated tongue>thin white greasy group>white thick greasy group>thin white coated tongue group>thin yellow and thick greasy coated tongue group>peeled peeled-tongue group;the ACP content of the thin yellow greasy coated tongue was largest and that of thin yellow and thick greasy coated tongue group was lowest in chronic gastritis sufferers.Conclusion:There is certain relevance in SDH,ACP,LDH and PAS between different types of coated tongues in chronic gastritis and cell chemical composition;it can provide a new detection method of body fluids with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical trials.
