大肠癌中医证型构成及分布规律初探

目的:初步探寻大肠癌在临床上的中医证型构成及分布的客观规律。方法:通过对近10年来国内公开发表的有关大肠癌的中医辨证分型的文献进行统计分析,运用χ2检验对总结出的7组病例数据,并以长江为界进行南北方中医证型比较。结果:湿热蕴结、瘀毒内结、气血两虚、肝肾阴虚、脾肾阳虚为大肠癌临床常见中医证型,南北地区的中医证型分型情况存在一定差异性,南方多以湿热蕴结、瘀毒内结为主。而北方多以脾肾阳虚、气血两虚、肝肾阴虚为主。结论:大肠癌病例的统计结果对确定该病的临床辨证分型,并制定统一的单病种诊疗规范有重要的现实意义。

Preliminary Discussion about the Structrue And Distribution Rule of Large Intestine Cancer TCM Syndrome Type

Objective:To preliminary explore the objective law in TCM about Large Intestine Cancer’ structre and distribution.Methods:By the statistical analysis of a number of literatures which were public home reported in nearly 10 years,and 7 groups of dates summaries were compared by chi square test between the northern and the southern.Result:Common syndromes of Large Intestine Cancer are as follows:Dampness heat stagnation,Stasis poison inside,Qi and blood deficiency,Liver and kidney Yin deficiency,Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency.TCM syndrome type parting situation of north and south region exists certain differences.In the south,dampness heat stagnation and stasis poison inside are the maintypes.And in the north,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency,qi and blood deficiency,Liver and kidney Yin deficiency are the primarytypes.Conclusion:The statistical results and great significance to confirm the term of Large Intestine Cancer and to make a uniform diagnosis and treat criterion of single disease.
