电针深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

目的:观察电针深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者临床疗效。方法:将80例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为电针深刺夹脊治疗组40例与普通针刺电针对照组40例。观察两组治疗前后Mcgill疼痛简化量表评分的变化。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。两组均能降低Mcgill疼痛简化量表PRI、VAS、PPI的评分(P0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P0.05),其中疼痛评价VAS尤为明显(P0.01)。结论:电针深刺夹脊穴对腰椎间盘突出症患者具有良好治疗与镇痛的作用,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效治疗方法之一。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Deep Electroacupuncture on Jiaji Points on Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of deep acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture for Lumbar Disc Herniation.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 40 cases(deep acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture)and a control group of 40 cases(conventional acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture).The simplified McGill pain scales before and after treatment of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The curative effect was better in the treatment group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of PRI,VAS and PPI of the simplified McGill pain scale were reduced in the two groups(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05),the pain score VAS was obvious in the treatment group at the same time(P<0.01).Conclusion:Deep acupuncture of Jiaji points by electroacupuncture has good effect on analgesia,and is one of the effective therapeutic methods for Lumbar Disc Herniation.
