| 摘 要： | 目的:观察接骨3号方对家兔骨折愈合过程中BMP-2表达变化的影响,探讨其促进骨折愈合的机制。方法:取成年新西兰白兔72只,造成桡骨骨折,随机分为3组。A组:给予接骨3号汤;B组:等量生理盐水灌服;C组予仙灵骨葆胶囊,分别于术后3周、5周和7周行X线摄片、骨折处组织学观察,免疫组化染色观察BMP-2的表达。结果:3周、5周时A组与C组的BMP-2表达差异均有显著性(P0.01),X线骨骼片和组织学观察均显示A组优于C组。结论:接骨3号方能明显促进骨折愈合过程中BMP-2的持续表达。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the influence of No.3 Jiegu formula on postoperative BMP-2 expression of rabbit with radial fracture and discuss the mechanism.Methods:72 mature New Zealand white rabbits were selected and made the radial fracture,which were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was given No.3 Jiegu formula.Group B was given the normal saline solution with the same dose.Group C was given Xianling Gubao capsule.1/3,5 and 7 weeks after opertion,X-ray was used respectively to observe the fracture histology.BMP-2 expression was observed by immunohistochemistry method.Results:In 3 and 5 weeks,BMP-2 expressions in group A and C both had significant differences(both P<0.01).X-ray results and histology observation in group A were superior to those in group C.Conclusion:No.3 Jiegu formula can obviously improve the constitutively expression of BMP-2 in healing process of fracture. |
