土鳖虫水提物联合环磷酰胺抗肿瘤增效减毒作用研究

摘    要:目的:探讨土鳖虫水提物对化疗药物环磷酰胺抗H22肿瘤的增效减毒作用。方法:将接种H22肿瘤的小鼠分为模型对照组、CTX组、土鳖虫水提物组和土鳖虫水提物+CTX组。给药10天,检测各组小鼠的抑瘤率、脾脏指数和胸腺指数,分析土鳖虫水提物对CTX的减毒增效作用。结果:土鳖虫水提物可抑制H22肿瘤的生长,抑瘤率为38.76%。单用CTX组抑瘤率为36.95%,联用土鳖虫水提物组抑瘤率为47.28%,与单用CTX组比较差异显著(P0.01)。与模型组比较CTX组胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著降低,但联合土鳖虫水提物组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数与CTX相比显著升高(P0.05)。结论:土鳖虫水提物对H22肿瘤具有抑制作用,对化疗药物CTX具有增效减毒作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of aqueous extracts from Eupolyphage sinesis Walker in enhancing the effect of chemotherapy and against its side-effect in H22-bearing mice.Methods:H22-bearing mice were divided into 4 groups:H22 control group,CTX group,the extract group and the extract combined with CTX group.After 10-day treatment,the rate of tumor in inhibitory rate,indexes of thymus and spleen were calculated.Results:The extract inhibited the growth of H22 in KM mice.The tumor inhibitory rate of aqueous extract was 38.76%,of the extract combined with CTX was 47.38%,which was higher than that of CTX administration alone(36.95%).Compared with CTX group,the indexes of thymus and spleen were significantly elevated in the extract and CTX combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The aqueous extract has anti-tumor effects on H22-bearing mice and attenuation effects on CTX.
