樟树挥发油含量及成分在不同时间和生长环境中的变化

目的:分析樟树在不同时间、不同生长环境叶挥发油的含量及成分变化,为合理开发综合利用樟树挥发油资源提供科学依据。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,测定总挥发油得率,用气相色谱进行分析,归一化法测定龙脑樟脑的含量。结果:同一滨江高教园区从3月到7月的样本中,发油总含量最高3.0987%、最低0.5198%;龙脑最高18.7003%、最低0.4032%;樟脑最高14.8126%、最低0.0172%。不同生长环境东阳的样本龙脑的含量比杭州低1半;湖州的样本挥发油总含量比杭州大得多。结论:不同时间和生长环境对樟树挥发油的含量和成分有一定的影响。

Changes of Content and Composition of The Essential Oil from Cinnamomum camphora in Different Collecting Season and Growing Environments

Objective:Analysis of the content and constituents of the essential oil from Cinnamomum camphora leaves in different collecting season and growing environments to provide scientific basis for further expoitation and utilization on its resources.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by water-steam distillation and the extracting oil rate was calculated.The components was separated by GC and both camphor and menthol were quantitatively determined with normalization method.Results:The yield of essential oil extracted from March to July in the same higher education park of Binjiang the highest was 3.0987% and the lowest 0.5198%;of camphor the highest was 18.7003% and lowest 0.4032%;of menthol the highest was 14.8126% and the lowest 0.0172%.In different growth environment,the sample from Dongyang camphor content was 2 times lower than that from Hangzhou;extracting oil rate from Huzhou was much bigger than that from Hangzhou.Conclusion:There are differences between the content and composition of the essential oil from Cinnamomum camphora in different time and growing environment.
