中西医结合预防带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗带状疱疹急性发作及预防带状疱疹后神经痛(PHN)的临床疗效。方法:将102例急性发作期的带状疱疹患者随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组组(51例),其中治疗组采用椎旁神经阻滞疗法配合龙胆泻肝汤口服,对照组采用单纯椎旁神经阻滞治疗。治疗后随访3个月,观察两组患者的临床疗效与PHN发生率。结果:治疗组平均止疱、脱痂、疼痛缓解时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组治疗后比较,治疗组VAS评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);随访3个月中,治疗组PHN发生率为13.73%,对照组为31.37%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中医药联合椎旁神经阻滞疗法治疗急性发作期带状疱疹患者,可缩短病程,缓解神经病理性疼痛,且有效预防PHN的发生。

Effect Observation on Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Preventing Post-Herpetic Neuralgia

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of acute herpes zoster and prevention of post-herpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods:102 cases of acute herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=51)was treated with Longdan Xiegan decoction plus nerve block,and the control group(n=51)was treated with nerve block.A three-month follow-up was performed after the treatment to observe clinical effect of the two groups and incidence of PHN.Result:The effects of treatment group on vesicular subside,scab and pain relief were better than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of VAS in treatment group was significantly higher that in control group after treatment(P<0.05).After a three-month follow-up,the incidence of PHN in treatment group and control group was 13.73% and 31.37%,it was statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusions:Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for acute herpes zoster patients can contribute to shorten the course of diseases and relieve neuropathic pain and prevent the occurrence of PHN.
