中药熏蒸结合康复训练对膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

目的:观察中药熏蒸结合康复训练对膝骨性关节炎(OA)的影响。方法:40例膝OA患者随机分为训练组(20例)和对照组(20例)。对照组患者采用常规临床治疗及康复训练,训练组在此基础上给予中药熏蒸。治疗前和治疗后6周,两组患者采用目测类比评分(VAS)进行疼痛评定,采用Lequesne指数进行膝关节功能评定。结果:治疗前两组患者VAS评分及Lequesne指数评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗6周后,两组患者VAS评分及Lequesne指数均低于治疗前,且训练组改善更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸结合康复训练对膝OA患者治疗后,可以明显地减轻疼痛,改善膝关节的功能。

Clinical Observation on Effect of Traditional Chinese Herb Fumigation Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese herb fumigation combined with rehabilitation training on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:40 patients who suffered with KOA were divided randomly into treatment group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases).The patients in treatment group were given traditional Chinese herb fumigation and rehabilitation training,while the control group followed rehabilitation training.Before and after 6 weeks treatment,all cases were assessed with visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lequesne Index.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in any of the assessment(P>0.05).After 6 weeks treatment,all the assessment scores obtained with VAS and Lequesne Index in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese herb fumigation combined with rehabilitation training could distinctly reduce pain and strongly improve knee function on KOA patients.
