针刺对术后胃肠Cajal间质细胞超微结构的影响及机制研究

目的:观察针刺对术后大鼠胃肠Cajal间质细胞(ICC)超微结构和炎症反应的影响,探讨针刺保护术后ICC超微结构的机制。方法:采用结肠吻合术模型大鼠,针刺组以足三针(足三里、三阴交、太冲)为处方,治疗后观察胃肠组织病理变化和ICC超微结构的改变,并与空白组、模型组对照。结果:模型组结肠组织和胃起搏区组织较空白组存在明显炎症反应和ICC超微结构损伤,针刺组的炎症反应和ICC超微结构损伤较轻,基本得以维持正常。结论:针刺能减轻术后ICC超微结构的损伤,这种保护作用可能与其抗炎效应有关。

Effect and Its Mechanism of Acupuncture on Ultrastructure of Gastrointestinal Interstitial Cells of Cajal in Postoperative Rats

Objective:To observe effect of acupuncture on ultrastructure of gastrointestinal interstitial cells of Cajal(ICC)and inflammatory reaction in postoperative rats and to explore the machanism of acupuncture on protecting ultrastructure of gastrointestinal ICC.Methods:30 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups.The model group and acupuncture group were given enteroenterostomy.The colon tissue which was 2cm under caecum was transected and sutured in situ.After the operation,the acupuncture group was given acupuncture treatment on Jin’s foot three-needle points(Zusanli,Sanyinjiao,Taichong)each day for 15 minutes.While at the same time the model group and blank group were placed in the fixator.Pathological changes and ultrastructure of ICC were investigated.Results:There was no inflammatory reaction and the ultrastructure of ICC was normal in blank group.The inflammatory reaction was obvious and the ultrastructure of ICC damaged seriously in model group.In acupuncture group,the inflammatory reaction and the damage of ICC ultrastructure were much more slight.Conclusion:Acupuncture can reduce inflammatory reaction and it’s a protective factor to protect ICC’s ultrastructure.
